My name is Nora Black, and at fifty-seven, I’ve learned that life—like key lime pie—is equal parts sweet and tart. Business is booming, my best friends are living their best lives, and I am in a great place in my own relationship. In other words, I’ve never been happier.

Things are finally settling down after that whole murder-on-the-high-seas business, and I haven’t been asked to help on a police investigation for over a year... that is, until I agree to judge the annual Key Lime Pie Eating Contest.
